I so wish I would've taken a picture of this FAIL! It looked like something you might find in a chicken coup. I'll leave it at that.
I attempted to make a white cheese queso with spinach. Please, someone tell me what I did wrong.
1 cup milk
1 whole round of Queso Fresco cheese
simmered on LOW heat while constantly stirring and whisking. After all this the cheese was grainy like it didn't want to melt all the way and when I added the spinach, it got even worse looking.
WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
