of my comfort zone.
Let me begin by saying I am not a trendy person. I dream of being a trendy person but it's just not in my blood. My every day outfit is 99% of the time a pair of flare or bootleg jeans and a t-shirt. As far as shoes go it's either tennis shoes (I only own 1 pair) or 1 of 3 pairs of flats that I own.
Not sure if I have mentioned this before but I have lost 35 lbs since January and am feeling pretty good about myself. So I've been dreaming of dresses, skinny jeans, and BOOTS. I still don't have the boots but I will get me a pair before the season is over.
Friday night I took a trip to GOODWILL because that's really all I can afford right now anyway and I scored big time! Please ignore my generic hand on hip pose. I said I was stepping out of my comfort zone and I'm completely uncomfortable posing for pictures.

Oh, and do you notice the tiny swing hanging by my legs. My uncle found this in a pile of trash where he works. It was in GREAT condition. He cleaned it up, stained it and hung it on the porch for Aaron. :) Yep, we're a bunch of thrift folks.

ha! I'm the same way with fashion. I pin all kinds of trendy outfits & love looking at them, but a) I have nowhere to wear them, and b) I'm not shelling out that kind of dough anytime soon. Way to go with the cheap fashion AND the 35 lbs - that is awesome, girl!
Wow! You look great!! Congrats on the 35lbs. You have every right to show off with that kind of weight loss. I really love the pattern of the dress you're wearing. Great find!
Congratulations on the weight loss!
I'm beginning my journey, yet again, to loose the 100 lbs. I've gained since I've graduated!
I love GW and SA! Great deals!
